Shipping & Handling

Design Tasmania uses Australia Post for the shipping of all non-bulky items and items are despatched within 24 hours of Payment of your Order for delivery via your preferred method (at Checkout).


Larger Items (small tables, stools etc) will be shipped by Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or TNT and all consignments can be tracked through the carriers websites with the tracking number that will be forwarded to you on despatch of your goods.


Bulky Items (furniture etc) will be shipped by our approved courier services or through a specialist furniture carrier best suited to the delivery location.


Multiple Shipments

All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available. If you require multiple shipments, please contact us on 03 6331 5506 so we can assist you. Multiple shipments may incur additional charges.


Shipping Times

Standard delivery: up to 5-8 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Express Post: ships overnight, however please allow an extra day for processing and preparation of your order. Most express orders placed before 2:00pm will be despatched the same day and we will contact you if this is not possible for your selected goods


Local Pickup

Local Pickup is available at check-out and is free of charge. Please wait for a confirmation email form Design Tasmania staff prior to arranging pick-up as processing of orders may take time.
